Miles Hankins has composed the original score for the new HBO docu-series Being Serena. The 5-parter centers on Serena Williams, one of the greatest tennis players in history, as she faces new challenges in motherhood, marriage and regaining her supremacy on the court. Mark Shapiro, Michael Antinoro and Will Staeger are executive producing the HBO Sports and IMG production. Hankins’ previous scoring credits include the comedy The Night Before (which he co-scored with Marco Beltrami), Len and Company and the animated series Lego Elves.
