Rael Jones has been tapped to score the upcoming Channel 4 series Hang Ups. The show is created by Stephen Mangan & Robert Delamere based on Showtime’s Web Therapy and stars Mangan himself, David Tennant, Charles Dance, Richard E. Grant, Jessica Hynes, Katherine Parkinson, Karl Theobald, Arsher Ali, Celia Imrie and Paul Ritter. The comedy centers on a therapist with a chequered professional career who finds himself at a crossroads in life. Mangan is also executive producing the project with Kevin Loader (The Death of Stalin, The Lady in the Van, Nowhere Boy). Jones has previously scored last year’s Loader-produced feature My Cousin Rachel. Hang-Ups is expected to premiere later this year in the UK on Channel 4 and in the U.S. on BBC America.
Jones (Suite Francaise, Ill Behaviour) is also expected to return to score the second season of Hulu’s Harlots, which will premiere on July 11, 2018.
