Julian Wass has been tapped to score the upcoming horror sequel Creep 2. The film is directed by Patrick Brice who previously helmed the 2014 original movie and stars Mark Duplass, Desiree Akhavan and Karan Soni. The movie follows a video artist who, after finding an ad online for “video work”, drives to a remote house in the forest and meets a man claiming to be a serial killer. Brice also co-wrote the screenplay with Duplass. Carolyn Craddock is producing the project. Jason Blum (Paranormal Activity, Split, Get Out), Duplass and Mel Eslyn (Blue Jay) are among the executive producers. Wass has previously collaborated with Brice on last year’s The Overnight and also scored numerous projects for the Duplass brothers. Kyle Field & Eric Andrew Kuhn composed the music for the 2014 original Creep movie. Creep 2 will be released on VOD on October 24, 2017 before premiering later this year on Netflix.
Wass also continues to score HBO’s Room 104, which currently airs Friday nights and also has the drama The Miseducation of Cameron Post coming up.
