Michael Kamm is scoring Netflix’s first German original series Dark. The show is created by Baran bo Odar & Jantje Friese and stars Louis Hofmann, Oliver Masucci, Jördis Triebel, Maja Schöne, Sebastian Rudolph, Anatole Taubman, Mark Waschke, Karoline Eichhorn, Stephan Kampwirth, Anne Ratte-Polle, Andreas Pietschmann, Lisa Vicari, Angela Winkler and Michael Mendl. The 10-parter is set in a German town in present day where the disappearance of two young children exposes the double lives and fractured relationships among four families. Bo Odar and Friese are also executive producing the project with Quirin Berg & Max Wiedemann (The Lives of Others, Girl on a Bicycle) and Justyna Müsch. Kamm has previously worked together with bo Odar on the features Who Am I and this year’s Sleepless starring Jamie Foxx. Dark will premiere later this year worldwide on Netflix.
