Warner Bros. Records will release the official soundtrack album for Peter Berg’s action drama Deepwater Horizon. The album features the film’s original music composed by Steve Jablonsky (Transformers series, Ender’s Game, Lone Survivor, The Island, Pain & Gain). Also included is the original song Take Me Down performed by Gary Clark Jr. The soundtrack will be released on September 23, 2016 and is now available for pre-order on Amazon. Deepwater Horizon starring Mark Wahlberg, Kurt Russell, John Malkovich, Gina Rodriguez, Dylan O’Brien and Kate Hudson tells the story of how on April 20, 2010, one of the world’s largest manmade disasters occurred on the Deepwater Horizon in the Gulf of Mexico.
