Charlie Clouser has recently composed the music for the upcoming horror thriller The Neighbor. The film is directed by Marcus Dunstan (The Collector, screenwriter of Sav VI, V, VI and The Final Chapter) and stars Josh Stewart, Melissa Bolona, Alex Essoe, Bill Engvall, Ronnie Blevins, Jaqueline Fleming and Luke Edwards. The movie follows a man who discovers the dark truth about his secretive neighbor and what, or who, he may be keeping in the cellar. Dunstan has also written the screenplay with his regular writing partner Patrick Melton. Brett Forbes and Patrick Rizzotti (Pride, The Collector) are producing the project for Fortress Features. Clouser has previously collaborated with Dunstan on 2012’s The Collection. The former Nine Inch Nails member is also known for his scores for the Saw series. The Neighbor is expected to premiere later this year.
Clouser’s upcoming projects also include TNT’s new drama Good Behavior. He is also set to return to score the second season of Fox’s Wayward Pines.
