Rupert Gregson-Williams and Dominic Lewis have recently composed the music for the upcoming animated feature Open Season: Scared Silly. The film is the fourth installment in the Open Season series and features the voices of Donny Lucas, Will Townsend, Trevor Devall, Kathleen Barr, Garry Chalk and Melissa Sturm. David Feiss (Cow and Chicken) is directing the movie and John Bush is producing the Sony Pictures Animation production. The animated comedy follows former hunter Shaw who seizes on the opportunity to re-open open season as a case of mistaken identity leads both humans and animals to believe there is a monstrous werewolf on the prowl in Timberline National Forest. Ramin Djawadi composed the music for the first two movies in the series and Jeff Cardoni scored 2010’s third part in the series. Gregson-Williams’ previous animated movie scoring credits include DreamWorks Animation’s Bee Season and Over the Hedge. Lewis has previously scored 2013’s Free Birds. Open Season: Scared Silly will be released on Blu-ray, DVD and Digital HD on March 8, 2016 by Sony Pictures Home Entertainment. Visit the official movie website for more information.
