Konsonant Records will release a soundtrack album for the documentary Food Chains. The album features the film’s original music composed by Gil TalmiĀ (Savannah). The soundtrack will be released digitally on October 28, 2014 and is now available for pre-order on Amazon. Check out audio clips after the jump. Food Chains is directed by Sanjay Rawal, executive produced by Eva Longoria and narrated by Forest Whitaker. The movie is set in southern Florida and centers on a group of farm workers battling the global supermarket industry and revealing the abuse of farm laborers in the United States. The documentary premiered at this year’s Berlin and Tribeca Film Festival and was picked up by Screen Media Films for a domestic theatrical release in select cities on November 21.
