Lionsgate Records has released a soundtrack EP for David Wain’s romantic comedy They Came Together. The EP features the original songs from the film by Craig Wedren who also co-scored the movie with Matt Novack and previously collaborated with the director on such films as Role Models, Wanderlust and Wet Hot American Summer. Among the songs is the original track It Was the Last Thing On Your Mind, which is performed on screen by Norah Jones. Other artists featured on the release are Amy Miles, Pink Ape, Keisha Renee and Reyna Wakefield. The soundtrack is now available to download on iTunes, where you can also check out audio clips. They Came Together is co-written by Wain & Michael Showalter and stars Paul Rudd, Amy Poehler, Cobie Smulders, Christopher Meloni, Max Greenfield, Bill Hader, Ellie Kemper, Jason Mantzoukas, Melanie Lynskey and Ed Helms. The comedy will be released in select theaters and on VOD this Friday, June 27 by Lionsgate.
