Quartet Records has announced a new soundtrack release for the 1968 thriller The Thomas Crown Affair directed by Norman Jewison and starring Steve McQueen and Faye Dunaway. The album features the world premiere release of the complete score composed by Michel Legrand (Summer of ’42, Yentl, Never Say Never Again), as well as the song The Windmills of Your Mind performed by Noel Harrison and co-written with Alan & Marilyn Bergman. Legrand received an Academy Award for the song and was also nominated for his score.
