Jonathan Goldsmith has recently scored the Lifetime original movie The Grim Sleeper. The film is directed by Stanley M. Brooks and stars Dreama Walker, Macy Gray, Ernie Hudson and Michael O’Neill. The movie tells the true story of an LA Weekly reporter who investigates the unsolved murders of dozens of women in Los Angeles by the alleged serial killer known as the “Grim Sleeper”. Robert Nathan (Law & Order) and Teena Booth (The Drew Peterson Story) have written the script. Michael Jaffe (The Informant!, Texas Killing Fields) and Joe Pichirallo are executive producing the project. The Grim Sleeper is set to premiere this Saturday, March 15 on Lifetime. Goldsmith whose previous film credits include Casino Jack and Sarah Polley’s Away From Her and Take This Waltz also has been hired to score the upcoming comedy Sensitive Skin starring Kim Catrall and Don McKellar. The show based on a British TV show is adapted by Bob Martin (Slings & Arrows) and follows a woman who is going through a mid-life crisis. McKellar is directing all six episodes and is also executive producing the project with Cattrall, Martin and the original show’s creator Hugo Blick. The comedy is expected to premiere later this year.
