Varese Sarabande will release the official score album for the film adaptation of Ender’s Game. The soundtrack features the film’s original music composed by Steve Jablonsky (Transformers trilogy, Battleship, Gangster Squad). The soundtrack will be released on October 22, 2013 and is now available for pre-order on Amazon, where you can also listen to audio clips. Ender’s Game is directed by Gavin Hood and stars Asa Butterfield, Hailee Steinfeld, Ben Kingsley, Viola Davis, Abigail Breslin and Harrison Ford. The movie based on the classic novel by Orson Scott Card follows a genius strategist who is recruited by the government to help destroy an insect-like alien race and will be released nationwide on November 1 by Summit Entertainment/Lionsgate.
