WaterTower Music will release a soundtrack album for A&E’s crime drama series Longmire. The album features selections from the score of the show’s first season composed by David Shephard. The soundtrack will be released on May 28, 2013. Audio clips will be added to this article within the next week. Longmire created by John Coveny and Hunt Baldwin is based on Craig Johnson’s Walt Longmire series of mystery novels and stars Robert Taylor, Katee Sackhoff, Bailey Chase, Adam Bartley, Cassidy Freeman and Lou Diamond Phillips. The show’s complete first season will be released on DVD on May 28 (click here to pre-order the DVD set) and the second season is set to premiere on May 27 and will air every Monday night on A&E.
