Premiering this Friday, April 12, is the historical fantasy series Da Vinci’s Demons created by David S. Goyer (Batman Begins, The Dark Knight) and starring Tom Riley, Laura Haddock, Lucrezia Donati, Elliot Cowan, Lorenzo Medici and Lara Pulver. Bear McCreary has composed an orchestral score for the eight-part series, which tells the untold story of the world’s greatest genius, Leonardo da Vinci, during his turbulent youth in Renaissance Florence. Premiering on Saturday, April 13, is the Lifetime original movie and backdoor pilot Stalkers directed by Mark Tonderai and starring Drea de Matteo, Mena Suvari,Jodi Lyn O’Keef,Henry Simmons andLela Loren. The film based on the book Whisper of Fear: The True Story of the Prosecutor Who Stalks the Stalkers by Rhonda Saunders follows a hot-headed cop and a polished District Attorney who team up to bring a stalker obsessed with her former lover to justice. Theo Green who has previously collaborated with Tonderai on his features Hush and last year’s Jennifer Lawrence-starring House at the End of the Street has composed the movie’s score.
