Interscope Records will release a soundtrack album for the film adaptation of Stephenie Meyer’s bestselling novel The Host. The album features songs by Imagine Dragons, Hudson Taylor, Skylar Grey, Ellie Goulding, Hudson Taylor, Duologue, Jamie N Commons, Die Mason Die, Active Child and X Ambassadors. Also included is one track from the film’s score composed by Antonio Pinto. The Host – Choose to Listen will be released digitally on March 26, 2013 and is now available for pre-order on Amazon. As previously reported, a different soundtrack album featuring Pinto’s score will be released overseas by Metropolis Movie Music and is now available as an import on Amazon. The Host is directed by Andrew Niccol and stars Saoirse Ronan, Jake Abel, Max Irons, William Hurt, Diane Kruger, Chandler Canterbury and Frances Fisher.
