Relativity Music Group will be releasing a soundtrack album for the indie comedy The Oranges. The album features two tracks from the film’s score composed by Klaus Badelt (Pirates of the Caribbean, The Time Machine) and Andrew Raiher, as well as the movie’s songs by artists including Treefight For Sunlight, The Submarines, Frazey Ford, Jon Allen, Schuyler Fisk, Zee Avi, The Grand Nationals, Dean Martin, Orba Squara and Derlene Love. The soundtrack will be released on October 2, 2012 and is now available for pre-order on Amazon. Audio clips from the album are available after the jump. The Oranges is directed by Julian Farino and stars Hugh Laurie, Leighton Meester, Catherine Keener, Adam Brody, Alia Shawkat, Allison Janney and Oliver Platt. The film about a man who begins an affair with the daughter of the family who lives across the street premiered at last year’s Toronto Film Festival and has been picked up by ATO Pictures for a US theatrical release on October 5.
