Stephen Trask has recently recorded his score for the action comedy So Undercover. The film is directed by Tom Vaughan (What Happens in Vegas, Extraordinary Measures) and stars Miley Cyrus as a private investigator who is hired by the FBI to go undercover in the one place it can’t infiltrate – a college sorority. Jeremy Piven, Mike O’Malley, Kelly Osborne, Josh Bowman and Matthew Settle are co-starring. Allen Loeb (21, Wall Street 2: Money Never Sleeps) and Steven Pearl (The Switch) wrote the script and are also producing the comedy with Tish Cyrus. The project marks the first scoring assignment for Stephen Trask (Hedwig and the Angry Inch, In Good Company) since last year’s Little Fockers, which was the composer’s highest grossing movie of his career to date. The Weinstein Company has picked up domestic rights for So Undercover and is planning a release in 2012.
