Dragon’s Domain Records has announced the world premiere soundtrack release for the 1993 Showtime neo-noir anthology series Fallen Angels developed by Steve Golin, created by William Horberg and executive produced by Sydney Pollack. The album features the show’s main title theme written by Academy Award winner Elmer Bernstein (The Magnificent Seven, Ghostbusters, To Kill a Mockingbird, Airplane, Far from Heaven, Stripes), as well as selections of the original music from the drama’s first season composed by Peter Bernstein (21 Jump Street, The Ewok Adventure, Bolero, My Science Project). The Vol. 1 soundtrack is now available to order as a limited edition CD on the label’s official website, where you can also check out audio samples. A digital version is expected to be released in the coming weeks. Fallen Angels premiered over two seasons between 1993 and 1995 on Showtime (with episodes directed by Peter Bogdanovich, Alfonso Cuarón, Steven Soderbergh, Agnieszka Holland, Tom Cruise, Tom Hanks, among others).
