Matthew Margeson (Kingsman: The Secret Service, Miss Peregrine’s Home for Peculiar Children, Eddie the Eagle) has been tapped to score the upcoming indie comedy drama Buffaloed. The film is directed by Tanya Wexler (Hysteria, Finding North) and stars Zoey Deutch, Jermaine Fowler, Judy Greer and Jai Courtney. The movie follows a hustler who decides to become a debt collector and wages war with the “kingpin” of debt collecting in Buffalo. Brian Sacca wrote the screenplay and is also producing the project with Mason Novick (500 Days of Summer, Bad Words) & Finemore (Crawlspace) for Lost City and Jeffrey Katz & Michael Bannor MacGregor for Bold Crayon. Buffaloed is currently in post-production and is expected to premiere later this year.

As previously reported, Margeson also has the Elton John biopic Rocketman coming up.
