Joseph Bishara revealed in a recent interview with Dread Central that he is set to compose the music for the upcoming horror thriller The Children. The film is directed by Michael Chaves and stars Linda Cardellini, Sean Patrick Thomas and Patricia Velasquez. The movie follows a social worker who, while investigating the mysterious disappearance of two children, discovers her own family might also be in jeopardy. Mikki Daughtry & Tobias Iaconis wrote the screenplay. James Wan (Saw, Furious 7) is producing the New Line Cinema production with Gary Dauberman (screenwriter of It and Annabelle) and Emile Gladstone (Army of One). Bishara has previously collaborated with Saw multiple times, including on all The Conjuring and Insidious movies. The Children is currently in post-production and will be released by Warner Bros. Pictures. No release date has been announced yet.
