Clark (aka Chris Clark) has composed the music for the new Channel 4 mini-series Kiri. The show is created by Jack Thorne (National Treasure, A Long Way Down, Glue) and stars Sarah Lancashire, Lia Williams, Steven Mackintosh, Lucian Msamati and Felicia Mukasa. The 4-part drama tells the story of the abduction and death of a young black girl, named Kiri, who is soon-to-be-adopted by her white foster family. Euros Lyn (Doctor Who, Torchwood) directed all episodes. George Ormond & George Faber are executive producing the project. Clark has previously scored the Thorne-produced mini-series The Last Panthers. Kiri will premiere in the UK this Wednesday, January 10 on Channel 4 and is expected to debut in the U.S. later this year on Hulu.
