Brian Tyler is officially set to score the upcoming sequel Now You See Me: The Second Act. The film is directed by Jon M. Chu (G.I. Joe: Retaliation, Step Up 2 & 3D) and stars Jesse Eisenberg, Mark Ruffalo, Woody Harrelson, Isla Fisher, Dave Franco, Michael Caine and Morgan Freeman who reprise their roles from the original movie. They are joined by Daniel Radcliffe, Lizzy Caplan and Jay Chou. The thriller takes place a year after the first part and follows the Four Horsemen who find themselves face to face with a new enemy who enlists them to pull off their most dangerous heist yet. Ed Solomon (Men in Black, Bill & Ted’s Excellent Adventure) & Pete Chiarelli (The Proposal) have written the screenplay. Alex Kurtzman & Roberto Orci (Star Trek, Eagle Eye, Sleepy Hollow) are producing the project with Bobby Cohen (Revolutionary Road). Tyler previously scored the original movie in 2012. Now You See Me: The Second Act is set to be released on June 10, 2016 by Lionsgate.
