Warner Bros. Pictures has announced that Trevor Rabin is composing the music for the upcoming sports comedy Grudge Match. The film is directed by Peter Segal (Anger Management, The Longest Yard) and stars Robert De Niro and Sylvester Stallone as two local Pittsburgh fighters and old boxing rivals who come out of retirement for one final match. Kevin Hart, Alan Arkin, Kim Basinger, Jon Bernthal and Camden Gray are co-starring. Rodney Rothman has written the screenplay based on a story by Tim Kelleher (First Kid). Bill Gerber (Gran Torino, The Dukes of Hazzard), Mark Steven Johnson (Ghost Rider, Daredevil), Michael Ewing (Get Smart) and Ravi Mehta are producing the project for Gerber Pictures Production and Callahan Filmworks Production. Rabin has previously collaborated with Segal on the 2008 action comedy Get Smart starring Steve Carell and Anne Hathaway. Grudge Match is set to be released on December 25, 2013 by Warner Bros. Pictures.
