Deadline is reporting that DJ Muggs (of Cypress Hill) (aka Larry Muggerud) will make his feature film scoring debut on the upcoming indie thriller Divinity. The movie is directed by Eddie Alcazar (Perfect) and stars Stephen Dorff, Jason Genao, Moises Arias, Bella Thorne, Scott Bakula, Karrueche Tran, Mike O’Hearn, Chris Santos, Danielia Maximillian, Lydia Bielen, and Emily Willis. The film follows two otherworldly brothers that are hellbent on stopping a mogul who is close to unraveling the secrets behind immortality. Steven Soderbergh (Traffic, Ocean’s Eleven, Contagion) serves as a producer on the project. Divinity is expected to premiere later this year.
