440Hz has released a soundtrack EP for the French drama Between Two Worlds (Ouistreham). The 5-track EP features the film’s original score composed by Mathieu Lamboley (Lupin, A Minuscule Adventure, Sisters in Arms, The Last Mercenary, Lolo, Return of the Hero). The soundtrack is now available to stream/download here, where you can also check out the track list and listen to audio samples. Between Two Worlds is co-written and directed by Emmanuel Carrère and stars Juliette Binoche, Hélène Lambert, Léa Carne, Emily Madeleine, Patricia Prieur and Evelyne Porée. The movie is based on the real-life reportage Le Quai de Ouistreham by journalist Florence Aubenas and revolves around an undercover reporter investigating the conditions faced by France’s working women. The drama premiered at last year’s Cannes Directors’ Fortnight and has just been released in French theaters yesterday. No word yet on a domestic release.
