Disney announced today that Florence + The Machine has recorded the original song Call me Cruella for the studio’s live-action feature Cruella. The track is co-written by the film’s composer Nicholas Britell (Succession, Moonlight, The Big Short, If Beale Street Could Talk) and will be featured in the film and on both the original motion picture soundtrack and the original score album, which are set to be released on May 21 by Walt Disney Records. Check back on this page for the details of both albums and listen to a first excerpt from the song in the movie’s latest trailer embedded after the jump. Cruella is directed by Craig Gillespie and stars Emma Stone, Emma Thompson, Joel Fry, Emily Beecham, Paul Walter Hauser, Kirby Howell-Baptiste and Mark Strong. The film will be released in both theaters and on Disney+ with Premier Access for a one-time additional fee on May 28.
