Music.Film Recordings has announced the official soundtrack album for the dramatic thriller Seberg. The album features the film’s original music composed by Jed Kurzel (Alien: Covenant, Macbeth, Assassin’s Creed, The Babadook, The Mustang, The Snowtown Murders). The soundtrack will be released digitally this Friday, December 13 and will be available to stream/download here. Seberg is directed by Benedict Andrews and stars Kristen Stewart, Jack O’Connell, Margaret Qualley, Zazie Beetz, Vince Vaughn and Anthony Mackie. The movie tells the true story of French New Wave darling and Breathless star, Jean Seberg, who in the late 1960s was targeted by the FBI because of her support of the civil rights movement and romantic involvement with Hakim Jamal, among others. The drama premiered at this year’s Venice Film Festival and will be released in select theaters this Friday by Amazon Studios.
