La La-Land Records has released new soundtrack edition for the 1994 family drama Black Beauty directed by Caroline Thompson and starring Sean Bean and David Thewlis. The album features the expanded original score from the Warner Bros. Pictures production composed by Danny Elfman, including numerous previously unreleased cues from the score. Also included are a number of bonus tracks, including alternates and source cues. The label has also released a new limited soundtrack edition for the 1985 horror classic Day of the Dead written and directed by George A. Romero and starring Lori Cardille, Terry Alexander, Joe Pilato, Richard Liberty and Howard Sherman. The movie’s music is composed and performed by John Harrison. The 2-CD set features the film version of the score on the first disc, and the remastered original 1985 soundtrack cues on the second disc. The album is also limited to 3000 copies.
