‘Frances Ha’ Soundtrack Details

frances-haABKCO Records will release a soundtrack album for Noah Baumbach’s indie comedy drama Frances Ha. The album features the music from the film, including four tracks from classic film scores by composer Georges Delerue, Paul McCartney’s Blue Sway, David Bowie’s Modern Love, T. Rex’s Chrome Sitar and more. The soundtrack will be released digitally on May 28, 2013 and is now available for pre-order on Amazon. Frances Ha co-written and directed by Baumbach (The Squid and the Whale, Greenberg) stars Greta Gerwig as an apprentice for a dance company and follows her character as she opens her heart to love. The New York-set comedy drama premiered at last year’s Telluride Film Festival and has been picked up by IFC Films for domestic distribution.
