B Original has released a soundtrack album for the French/Belgian historical comedy drama Justin the Just (Justin le juste). The album features the film’s original music composed, orchestrated and conducted by Renaud Barbier (The Last Diamond, Small Country, The Serpent). The soundtrack is now available to stream/download here, where you can also check out the track list. Also listen to the composer’s first track after the jump. Justin the Just is written and directed by Eric Barbier and stars Alban Ivanov, Birane Ba and Alexandra Lamy. The movie follows an illiterate French peasant drafted into the army who teams up with a Senegalese soldier to rebel against their cruel superiors and spark a mutiny that turns him into an unexpected hero. The dramedy is being released in French theaters today.
