Nick Sena (A League of Their Own, Grease: Rise of the Pink Ladies, Deep Murder) & Zachary Dawes (The Summer I Turned Pretty, Big Time Adolescence,The Peanut Butter Falcon, There’s Someone Inside Your House) have provided the original score for the new Apple TV original series Brothers. The show stars Matthew McConaughey and Woody Harrelson who play fictionalized versions of themselves, and whose friendship is thrown into chaos when they uncover a decades-old secret: they might actually be brothers. Natalie Martinez, Brittany Ishibashi, Ella Grace Helton, Noah Carganilla, Nolan Almeida, Highdee Kuan, Oona Yaffe and Holland Taylor are also starring in the comedy. Lee Eisenberg (Lessons in Chemistry, Bad Teacher) serves as the project’s showrunner and is also executive producing the Paramount Television Studios production with McConaughey, Harrelson, Natalie Sandy (WeCrashed, Little America), David West Read (Schitt’s Creek), Trish Hofmann (Notorious, Dumplin’), Bill Bost (Foundation, Grace and Frankie), Jason Winer (Modern Family, Arthur), David Finkel & Brett Baer (New Girl, Bad Sisters) and Jeremy Plager (Last Breath, Suncoast). Dawes has previously collaborated with Eisenberg on Apple TV’s Stick and Dawes & Sena have also collaborated with several of the producers on the streamer’s The Big Door Prize. Brothers will premiere this Wednesday, September 23 exclusively on Apple TV.
The Dawes-scored Stick will return for its second season on November 4 on Apple TV.
