Sarah Warne (Des, Harlan Coben’s Lazarus, TimeThe Long ShadowHumansDark MoneySteeltown Murders,Hollington DriveThe Drowning) has recently scored the new ITV drama The Blame. The show is developed by Megan Gallagher (All Her Fault, Wolf) based on Charlotte Langleys’ debut novel of the same name and stars Michelle Keegan, Douglas Booth, Ian Hart, Nathan Mensah, Nigel Boyle, Joe Armstrong, Gavin Spokes, Matilda Freeman, Ceallach Spellman and Josh Bolt. The 6-part series follows two detectives as they investigate the murder of a teenage girl, only to uncover a web of institutional cover-ups and police corruption. Gallagher is also executive producing the Quay Street production with Nicola Shindler (It’s a Sin, Nolly), Richard Fee (Fool Me Once, Missing You) and Polly Hill (The Night Manager, The Last Kingdom). The Blame is premiering in the UK tonight on ITV and will also be available to stream on ITVX.

Warne also continues to score U&Alibi’s Bookish, which just returned for its second season last month and has been renewed for a third season.
