Mass Appeal Records will release the official soundtrack album for Eli Roth’s slasher feature Ice Cream Man. The album features the film’s original score composed by Brandon Roberts (Andor, Thanksgiving, Fear Street Part 2: 1978, Land of Bad, Chaos Walking, Underwater, Motherland: Fort Salem, On a Wing and a Prayer). Also included is The Ice Cream Song written and performed by Roth, as well as the song Risselty Rosselty performed by Alex Cuervo. The soundtrack will be released digitally this Friday, August 7. Ice Cream Man is co-written and directed by Roth and stars Ari Miller, Charlie Zeltzer, Shiloh O’Reilly, Kiori Mirza Waldman, Benjamin Byron Davis, Sarah Abbott, Karen Cliche, Roth himslef, Dylan Hawco,Lorenzo Antonucci, Luke Dietz and Eli Massillone.. The movie takes place in an idyllic summer town that descends into madness when an ice cream man serves kids sweet delights with horrifying results. The film will be released in theaters nationwide this weekend by The Horror Section.
