Hideout Pictures has released a soundtrack album for the supernatural horror thriller The Whistler. The album features the film’s original music composed by Freddy Sheinfeld (The Barber, Simon, The Seal of Confession). The soundtrack is now available to stream/download on Amazon and most other major digital music services. Also listen to a track from the composer’s score below. The Whistler is directed by Diego Velasco and stars Diane Guerrero and Juan Pablo Raba. The movie follows a couple who unexpectedly inherit a secluded farm and are hoping to start fresh after losing their daughter, but instead encounter a cult claiming it can summon spirits from beyond, forcing them to deal with dark forces and their own inner demons. The thriller was released in select U.S. theaters and on VOD last month by Vertical.
