Discrete has released a soundtrack album for the French thriller Mata. The album features the film’s original music written by EDM producer, DJ and composer Yuksek (Ghost Trail, Marguerite & Julien, La Maison, La cour des miracles, Who Killed Little Gregory?). Mata is written and directed by Rachel Lang and stars Eye Haïdara, Joséphine Japy and Raphaël Personnaz.. The movie follows a French secret agent who gets wounded while on a clandestine operation in Niger and – upon her return – embarks on a race against time to uncover the truth about her captured partner. The thriller is opening in French theaters toady. No word yet on a domestic distribution deal.
