Plaza Mayor Company will release a soundtrack album for the historical action epic Tamerlane: Rise of the Last Conqueror. The album features the film’s original music composed by Jonathan Keith (Jane and Emma, Green Lake). The soundtrack will be released on April 10 and is now available for pre-order on Amazon. Also listen to a preview of the score after the jump. Tamerlane: Rise of the Last Conqueror is directed by Jacob Schwarz and stars Christian Mortensen, Mahesh Jadu and Yulduz Rajabova. The movie takes place after the Mongol Empire plunged Central Asia into chaos in the 14th century and tells the story of Timur Barlas, a battle-scarred ruler who brought order to a fractured land. The historical drama will be released in the U.S. on April 14 on Digital by Well Go USA Entertainment.
