Pathé Films has released a soundtrack album for the French comedy Police Flash 80. The 6-track EP features the film’s original music composed by Alexis Rault (The Swallows of Kabul, Being 17,  Memories, Meet the Leroys, No Signal!. Golden Years). Police Flash 80 is directed by Jean-Baptiste Saurel and stars François Damiens, Audrey Lamy, Xavier Lacaille, Brahim Bouhlel, Thomas Ngijol and Yan Tual. The movie is set in 1980s Paris and follows a police officer who is propelled to the head of a new unit after his partners gets killed in action and has to team up with young recruits who will challenge his old habits. The comedy just opened in French theaters yesterday. No word on a domestic distribution deal.
