Jed Kurzel (Alien: Covenant, The Babadook, The Snowtown Murders, Monkey Man, The Mustang, Overlord, Assassin’s Creed, Echo Valley, The Pope’s Exorcist) has composed the original score for the upcoming Australian romantic horror drama Leviticus. The film marks the feature directorial debut of Adrian Chiarella and stars Joe Bird, Stacy Clausen, Mia Wasikowska, Ewen Leslie, Jeremy Blewitt and Davida McKenzie. The movie revolves around two star-crossed teenage boys who must escape a violent entity that takes the form of the person they desire most – each other. Chiarella also wrote the screenplay. Samantha Jennings & Kristina Ceyton (Talk to Me, Bring Her Back), and Hannah Ngo are producing the project. Leviticus will have its world premiere this weekend at the 2026 Sundance Film Festival.
