MovieScore Media will release a soundtrack album for the horror feature The Oval Portrait. The album features the film’s original music composed by Andrew Morgan Smith (Jeepers Creepers III, The Old Way, Bunker, Boneyard, Average Joe, You Might Be the Killer, The Culling). The soundtrack will be released digitally tomorrow, October 10 and will be available to stream/download on Amazon and any other major digital music services. Also listen to the composer’s title track below. The Oval Portrait is written and directed by Adrian Langley and stars Michael Swatton, Pragya Shail, Paul Thomas, Louisa Capulet and Simon Phillips. The movie inspired by Edgar Allan Poe’s ghost story follows a petty thief who stumbles into a mysterious antique shop, where an aspiring artist and an enigmatic shopkeeper are already drawn to an exquisite portrait that holds a deadly secret. The Grimehouse production will be released in select theaters and on VOD tomorrow by Blue Fox Entertainment.
