B Original has released a soundtrack album for the French comedy Prime Rush (Fils de). The album features the film’s original music composed by Frédéric Alvarez (The Monk and the Gun, The Third War, In the Land of Brothers, Louloute, Love According to Dalva). The soundtrack is now available to stream/download here, where you can also check out the track list. Prime Rush is written and directed by Carlos Abascal Peiró and stars Jean Chevalier, François Cluzet, Karin Viard, Sawsan Abès and Alex Lutz. The movie follows a young parliamentary attaché who is charged with persuading his long-estranged father, a reclusive senator, to accept the post of prime minister. The comedy is opening in French theaters today. No word yet on a domestic distribution deal.
