Chanda Dancy (Blink TwiceOne of Them Days, Devotion, Lawmen: Bass Reeves, I Wanna Dance with Somebody, The Defeated) has composed the original music for the upcoming biographical drama Swiped. The movie is inspired by the true story of online dating platform Bumble founder Whitney Wolfe Herd who became one of the youngest self-made billionaires at age 31. Goldenberg also co-wrote the screenplay with Bill Parker and Kim Caramele. James is producing the 20th Century Studios production with Jennifer Gibgot (Step Up, The Wedding Planner) and Andrew Panay (Wedding Crashers, Old Dogs) for Ethea Entertainment. Swiped will premiere in September at the Toronto International Film Festival and is expected to debut this Fall on Hulu in the U.S. and on Disney+ in other international markets.

Dancy’s other recent projects include Jennifer Kaytin Robinson’s I Know What You Did Last Summer, which just opened in theaters nationwide this past weekend.
