Collective Noise has released a soundtrack album for the Venezuelan drama The Shadow of the Sun. The album features the film’s original music composed by Sandro Morales-Santoro (Restaurants at the End of the World, Kold x Windy, ParaGold, Stalked By My Doctor: Patient’s Revenge). The soundtrack is now available to stream/download on Amazon and any other major digital music services. Also listen to the composer’s final track below. The Shadow of the Sun is co-written and directed by Miguel Ángel Ferrer and stars Anyelo Lopez, Carlos Manuel Gonzalez, Greisy Mena, Pedro Alonso, Jeizer Ruiz, Richard Clark, David Olaves and Camila Curtis. The movie tells the story of young deaf man who asks his older brother to accompany him in a musical competition and to help him fulfill a lifelong dream. The drama, which premiered at the 2023 Los Angeles Latino International Film Festival, opened in Venezuelan theaters in late 2023 and has been recently picked up by Outside Pictures for a domestic release this year.
