Balcoon has released a soundtrack album for the French romantic comedy drama Love Is Overrated (L’amour c’est surcoté). The album features the film’s original music composed by Bachar Mar-Khalifé (Skies of Lebanon, Banel & Adama, My Brothers and I). The soundtrack is now available to stream/download on most major digital music services, including Amazon. Also listen to the composer’s first two tracks below. Love Is Overrated is written and directed by Mourad Winter and stars Hakim Jemili, Laura Felpin and Benjamin Tranié. The movie follows a man who has been struggling for years after losing his best friend and mentor and decides to finally to get out and meet people again, when he meets the love of his life. The dramedy is opening in French theaters today.
