Lakeshore Records will release a new soundtrack album for the Paramount+ original series Lioness. The album features selections of the original music from the show’s second season composed by Andrew Lockington (San Andreas, Mayor of Kingstown, Rampage, Landman, Journey to the Center of the Earth, Percy Jackson: Sea of Monsters, Atlas). The soundtrack will be released digitally this Friday, November 22. The label has previously released an album featuring the composer’s score from Season 1 (entitled Special Ops: Lioness) last year. Lioness is created by Taylor Sheridan and stars Zoe Saldaña, Nicole Kidman, Morgan Freeman, Michael Kelly, Laysla De Oliveira, Genesis Rodriguez, Dave Annable, Jill Wagner, James Jordan, LaMonica Garrett, Austin Hébert, Thad Luckinbill, Jonah Wharton and Hannah Love Lanier. The second season of the espionage thriller, which follows Joe, Kaitlyn & Byron as they enlist a new Lioness operative to infiltrate a previously unknown threat, premiered last month and new episodes are currently dropping every Sunday exclusively on Paramount+.
