Platoon has released a soundtrack album for the Mexican Apple TV+ original series Women in Blue (Las Azules). The album features selections of the show’s original music composed by Lucas Vidal (Fast & Furious 6, The Raven, Palm Trees in the Snow, Elite, The Deliverance, The Quiet Ones, The Cold Light of Day, Welcome to Eden). Also included is the main title song No Soy Tuya produced (with Dan Zlotnik) and performed by Ximena Sariñana (previously released as a digital single). The soundtrack is now available to stream/download here, where you can also check out the track list. Also listen to Vidal’s title track after the jump. Women in Blue is created by Fernando Rovzar & Pablo Aramendi and stars Bárbara Mori, Sariñana, Natalia Téllez, Amorita Rasgado, Leonardo Sbaraglia, Miguel Rodarte, Christian Tappan, and Horacio García Rojas. The 10-parter is set in 1970 and tells the true story of four women who defy the ultraconservative norms of the time and join the first female police force in Mexico, only to discover that their squad is a publicity stunt to distract the media from a brutal serial killer. The series is premiering today exclusively on Apple TV+.
