Nowever Records has released a soundtrack album for the Norwegian mystery thriller Handling the Undead (Håndtering av udøde) The album features the film’s original music composed by Peter Raeburn (The Dry, Woodshock, Photograph, Nancy, Molly Moon and the Incredible Book of Hypnotism). The soundtrack is now available to stream/download on Amazon and most other major digital music services. Also listen to the composer’s first track (New Death Dance) below. Handling the Undead is co-written and directed by Thea Hvistendahl and stars Renate Reinsve, Anders Danielsen Lie, Bjørn Sundquis, Bente Børsum, Bahar Pars and Inesa Dauksta. The movie. is set on a hot summer day in Oslo, when the newly dead awaken and follows three families faced with loss as they try to figure out if their loved ones really are back. The thriller, which premiered at this year’s Sundance Film Festival, was released in New York last weekend by Neon and is expanding to more U.S. markets over the next couple of weeks.
