Stefano Cabrera (Hotel PortofinoTerry Pratchett’s The Abominable Snow Baby, Suspect) is the composer of the new BritBox/ITVX crime drama A Taste for Murder. The show is created by Matt Baker (Patience) and stars Warren Brown, Phyllis Logan, Cristiana Dell’Anna, Urbano Barberini, Beau Gadsdon, Alessandro Fella, Gaia Scodellaro and Alessandro Bedetti. The 6-part series revolves around a British detective who retreats to Capri to mourn his wife and repair his bond with his daughter, but instead geti drawn back to the work he cannot escape. Jo McGrath & Walter Iuzzolino (The Couple Next Door, Before We Die) and Carolina Giammetta (Bookish, Suspect) are executive producing the project for Eagle Eye Drama, alongside Robert Schildhouse, Stephen Nye & Jess O’ Riordan (Riot Women, The Lady). A Taste for Murder is premiering in the U.S. today on BritBox and will debut in the UK next month on ITVX.

Cabrera is also expected to return to score the third season of BritBox’s Hotel Portofino.
