Sight & Sound Films has released a soundtrack album for the faith-based drama A Great Awakening. The album features the film’s original score composed by Chad Marriott (I Heard the Bells). Also included is the original hymn Awaken Us Today written for the movie. A Great Awakening is co-written and directed by Joshua Enck and stars John Paul Sneed, Jonathan Blair, Josh Bates. The movie tells the true story of an unlikely friendship between the Reverend George Whitefield and Benjamin Franklin. The drama is being released in theaters nationwide this weekend by Roadside Attractions, tied with the 50th anniversary of the signing of the Declaration of Independence.
