Jacques Brautbar (Bob Trevino Likes It, Skywalkers: A Love Story, Supercool, Ravage, Black as Night, Phobias, It Ain’t Over, Kings of Beer) is scoring the upcoming action comedy Stop! That! Train!. The film is directed by Adam Shankman (Hairspray, The Pacifier) and stars Ginger Minj, Jujubee, RuPaul, Brooke Lynn Hytes, Latrice Royale, Marcia Marcia Marcia, Monét X Change, Symone, Sarah Michelle Gellar, Rachel Bloom, Matt Rogers, Lisa Rinna and Nicole Richie. The movie follows two best friends and train stewardesses who trade their dreary shifts on the Stank Rail for the glitzy Glamazonian Express and – when a catastrophic storm threatens to derail the high-speed train and crash it into Los Angeles – must join forces with the snobby first class attendants and the President to save the day. Connor Wright & Christina Friel wrote the screenplay. Shankman & RuPaul are also producing the World of Wonder & Universal Pictures Content Group production with Fenton Bailey & Randy Barbato (Party Monster, RuPaul’s Drag Race) and Tom Campbell. Stop! That! Train! will be released in theaters nationwide on June 12, 2026 by Bleecker Street.
