The album features the film’s original music composed by Alfred Tapscott (The Barcelona Vampiress, Superagente Makey, The Sleeping Woman, You Keep the Kids, The Wedding Unplanner). Evolution is directed by Julio Soto Gúrpide & Zayra Muñoz Domínguez and tells the story of a young girl whose DNA gets mixed with that of her beloved exotic pets and – as humans begin turning into animals, and animals start acting human – has to come up with a plan before nature and evolution spin completely out of control. The movie just opened in Spanish theaters earlier this month. No word yet on a domestic release.
